Your Account

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from The Trail Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Cardholder Agreement

When you make purchases from The Trail Shop using your major credit card, you agree to honor the terms and conditions of your cardholder agreement. The Trail Shop is not responsible for items lost in shipping (see "Risk of Loss").

Product Descriptions

The Trail Shop and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, The Trail Shop does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by The Trail Shop itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice; or the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. Disputes

30 days to return items with a proof of purchase attached. Items will be reimbursed using the same method of payment.

All products sold on this website are warranted to be free of defects for the lifetime of the product. The warranty does not include damages caused by improper care, modifications or the misuse of the product.

Any defective and/or damaged products should be cleaned and returned for assessment. Claims that are deemed to be legitimate will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the respective manufacturer of the product.
