If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return to the store within 14 days of receiving your products for a full refund. Within 30 days you are eligible for a store credit. Store credits are redeemable in store only, not online. Customer might provide receipt at time of return.
All trailshop.com orders can be returned to any Trail Shop location. Please ensure to have a copy of your invoice when returning online orders. Customers shipping orders back to store for refund or exchange, are encouraged to add shipment insurance to return package, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless product is defective or not as described/ordered. Please contact info@trailshop for any issue with an online order.
We do not accept returns on intimate products, including packaged underwear, bathing suits, etc.
trailshop.com order returns will be processed within 3 business days from receipt of customer shipment. We may need to contact you for your original card number as our system does not store personal transaction information.
