Featuring generous headroom and an optimized floor area that sleeps four comfortably, the Elixir 4 tent offers the livability you want for the whole group, whether you’re taking your friend's backcountry camping or your family on a wilderness canoe trip. Two large StayDry™ doors provide easy access, while new larger vestibules let you store lots of gear. Breathable mesh fabric is balanced with solid canopy fabric to provide more privacy, and storm-ready, adjustable guy lines are pre-attached on the rainfly to offer extra stability when needed. The easy-to-assemble, freestanding tent comes with plenty of extras, including an MSR Footprint and built-in attic gear lofts.

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return to the store within 14 days of receiving your products for a full refund. Within 30 days you are eligible for a store credit. Store credits are redeemable in-store and online. The customer must provide a receipt at the time of return.

All trailshop.com orders can be returned to any of The Trail Shop locations. Please ensure to have a copy of your invoice when returning online orders. Customers shipping orders back to the store for refund or exchange are encouraged to add shipping insurance to the return package, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or not as described/ordered. Please contact ecommerce@takeitoutside.ca  for any issue with an online order.

We do not accept returns on intimate products, including face masks, packaged underwear, bathing suits, etc.

trailshop.com order returns will be processed within 3 business days from receipt of customer shipment.

 

Christmas Return Policy:

For items purchased during the festive season, our return policy extends to accommodate the spirit of giving. All items bought between November 1st and December 25th can be returned for a refund or exchange until January 12th. Please ensure the items are in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
