All trailshop.com orders can be returned to any of The Trail Shop locations. Please ensure to have a copy of your invoice when returning online orders. Customers shipping orders back to the store for refund or exchange are encouraged to add shipping insurance to the return package, and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or not as described/ordered. For items purchased during the festive season, our return policy extends to accommodate the spirit of giving. All items bought between November 1st and December 25th can be returned for a refund or exchange until January 12th.
